Privacy policy

We attach great importance to the protection of your personal data. This page explains what data we collect, why, and what your rights are, in accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).

Data we collect

We only collect the information you voluntarily send us through the contact form:

  • your name;
  • your e-mail address;
  • your phone number (optional);
  • the type of project and the location of the property (town or region, optional);
  • the content of your message.

This website uses no audience measurement tools and no advertising trackers. Fonts are hosted on our own website: they send no data to Google or to any other service.

To protect the form against bots, we use Cloudflare Turnstile. This service is only loaded when you approach the form. It analyses technical information (IP address, browser characteristics) to tell a human from a bot, and does not use it for advertising.

Why we use your data

Your data is used only to answer your request, to arrange a possible visit and to draw up a quote. This processing is based on your consent, given by ticking the box in the form, and on pre-contractual measures taken at your request. The anti-bot check is based on our legitimate interest in keeping the form secure.

Your data is never sold, rented, or used for marketing purposes without your consent.

Who can access it

Your data is intended exclusively for Pearl MDA Concept. Our technical service providers may process it on our behalf, without being able to use it for their own purposes:

  • Cloudflare, Inc. (United States): website hosting and Turnstile anti-bot check;
  • Resend (United States): delivery of the message sent through the form to our mailbox.

These transfers outside the European Union are covered by the safeguards provided for by the GDPR (EU–US Data Privacy Framework or standard contractual clauses of the European Commission).

How long we keep it

Your data is kept for as long as needed to handle your request, and at most three years after our last exchange. If a contract is signed, it is kept for the applicable legal period.

Your rights

You may at any time access your data, have it corrected or erased, request the restriction of its processing, object to it, receive it (portability) and withdraw your consent. To exercise these rights, write to us at manueldearaujo.nyc@gmail.com: we will reply within one month.

If you consider that your rights are not respected, you may lodge a complaint with the French data protection authority, the CNIL (www.cnil.fr), or with the data protection authority of your country.

Security

The website is only accessible over a secure connection (HTTPS). We take reasonable measures to protect your data against loss, unauthorised access or disclosure.

Links to our Instagram, Facebook and LinkedIn accounts lead to third-party services, which are subject to their own privacy policies.
